At a minimum, 75% of DevOps organizations struggle to move beyond mid maturity towards a high maturity practice. This talk shows the behaviours, patterns, and operating models that differentiate a high maturity practice from the rest. We also highlight some of the principles that appear foundational to keep us from attaining better DevOps practice maturity.
