Driving Agility in a Hybrid World
The world of technology and business has been ever-evolving and so have the concepts of agility. Agile journey which originally started off to bring together small, co-located teams to develop, iterate and steer faster evolved to scale for work for large, distributed enterprises. Today in this post-pandemic world, organizations are recalibrating their efforts to drive agility in a hybrid work environment.
After a round of virtual conferences, we are excited to bring to you the second edition of Agile Chennai conference, "Agile Chennai 2022" as an in person event. Agile Chennai conference is a sharing and learning platform to hear from thought leaders, share experiences, and make connections.

Organizations strive to be relevant to changing times. Either they are undertaking digital transformations or cloud transformations or other areas of strategic change. How does one drive change effectively to stay relevant or ahead of time? Where do they take the cues ? What is their navigation support system ?
With increasing remote employees and some people getting back to the office, the challenges are manifold for ensuring the performance and productivity of the employees. How to keep them engaged?
