Arul Dev is the founder of 'Coaching with Depth' – Basic, Level 1 and Level 2 programs. He is the Founder CEO of People First Consultants, 27 years in the field of Talent Hiring, Coaching, Wellbeing, Leadership Development and Integral Education.
He has authored two books 'Into Great Depth of Your Being' and 'The Flame Within'. The first explores Self Awareness and Integral Development. The second guides people into body work using natural breath. He facilitates residential retreats on Body, Breath and Leadership – Purpose, Vision and Culture.
He is the guest faculty for IIT Madras, a leading Educational Institution in India for their Self Awareness courses. He gets called by organizations for the following works:
