Lekha carries with her over four decades of rich global corporate experience across a variety of industries, with the last two decades in leadership and CXO positions. She is also a qualified Independent Board member, and now serves on the Boards of academic institutes, corporates and start-ups. Having been educated at some of the best academic institutions in India, she received her Masters in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
