Padma is a global transformation leader and agile consultant with deep and substantive knowledge and experience of driving transformation initiatives across large teams in Core Solutions Technology to deliver value faster for customers, including embedding Agility, DevOps, CICD principles and Process Transformation. In her vast (25+ years of experience), she has led global horizontal functions cutting across domains, and has good experience in setting up large global horizontal functions from ground zero, covering all aspects right from strategic thinking and design, product ownership to risk, finance, delivery, process efficiency, people management (hiring, talent retention, future skilling etc) and leadership.

Beyond work, Padma is a Next Gen Leader and drives many organizational initiatives cutting across teams – example – DE&I Sponsor for Tech India across all 5 workstreams – Gender Balanced, Disability Smart, Ethnically Diverse, LGBT+ and InterGen. She is also the India rep for Services DE&I Inclusion Committee and a Change Shaper participating in org level conversations around purpose.
