Pooja Tawanappanavar, loves to explore a world of opportunity! HR professional, who has experience across industries like IT/ITes, Sales, Retail and Banking and contributed in varied roles entailing of Total Rewards, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and L&D. She currently leads the Performance & Reward for HSBC GSC - India and Sri Lanka. Her role involves transforming people and business challenges into reward solutions across performance, pay, wellness & benefits and recognition.

On the personal front, Pooja is a certified lay counselor and enjoys conversing on varied topics. She is an avid traveler and in 2021, she was on a solo-drive odyssey across India, having traversed 10 months on road, covering 11 states, 37 cities/towns, and 20k+kms. As told to her by the locals and army personnel she may be the first woman solo-driver to have driven to the last LOC village called ‘Chakwali’ in Kashmir.
