Vasanth is currently working as a Chief enterprise Agilist in Cognizant and is leading an engagement on their agile and delivery transformation. Vasanth has vast experience in defining transformation roadmap for organizations for business and organization agility. Vasanth is a certified People and Leadership coach and also loves facilitating conversations among leaders on OKRs, organizational agility and product mindset. In his free time, Vasanth also delivers training sessions on agile mindset, leadership traits, psychological safety among various other topics.
