Building Teams imbibed with a Culture of Innovation - Powered by Agile
Though many organizations were advocating co-location, as the prescribed Agile way of working, I have experimented with agile teams across locations and time zone and successfully delivered within schedule and timeline prior to Covid. When the teams had to move to remote working when Covid struck, because of the agile best practices followed in the team even prior to covid, the movement was seamless and the team did not face any hassle and were comfortable working in the new spaces, without any dip in velocity, even in the initial week. These practices were further strengthened in the last 2+ years and have seen successful implementation of innovative ideas in different teams across the technology spectrum, location, and types of projects (development, testing, production support, or SRE) Would like to share my experience as an Agile coach working with these teams, building talent imbibing the culture of innovation and the enablers which made this happen.
