Jui Kudav ( Principal Agilist Cognizant ) with 22 years’ of experience in Embedded systems Programming, Agile Delivery and Program Management across customers in Europe , US and APAC in the Manufacturing, Banking and Telecom and Life sciences space She specializes in Transforming the Agile Ways of working across Leadership and Teams for Large customer engagements.

She has consulted Cognizant’s various customers (predominantly in BFS and Lifesciences space) in their Digital Transformation journey with respect to Distributed PODs Ways of working Best practices.

She has been actively engaged in building the Agile community within India for cognizant and has contributed to multiple internal and external forums on thought leadership initiatives.
