Session Overview

Empiricism is the heart of agility, but many organizations fail to understand this. Agile is not just about processes and ceremonies, but about having the agile mindset to bring in value delivery to business. Leadership support is crucial for this, which requires today’s leaders to use empiricism in a transformed way aligning to new age behaviours. In this session, we would see what are the changes in leadership behaviours needed to move from process oriented to people oriented style, and a case study where a combination of people, process and tools helped to provide transparency and sustained value delivery effectively in true agile spirit.
