Kasthuri Prasad is currently a VP, owning the global consulting and delivery for Property Casualty and Reinsurance industry from Financial Services with clients across Finland, Netherlands, UK, Canada and US and across 4 cities in India. She holds additional responsibilities as DEI Champion and POSH Chairperson for CGI APAC. She is the GW Practice Head from CGI India.

She comes with vast experience in the Insurance sector for the past 29+ years out of which 24+ were at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Having owned delivery of 9+ COTS platform based projects for about 5+ years of her career, she is very fond of setting up competency centers on niche skill areas and growing them to large delivery practices.

Kasthuri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with additional certifications from many renowned universities on leadership, project management and domain perspective. Her long standing commitment to the community has ensured her focus on girl child education and old age homes. She lives in Chennai with her husband, has 2 children and a pet dog. She enjoys cooking,learning Sanskrit and scriptures.
