Priti , has 26+ years of IT experience all at Infosys , spanning across functions including Software Development, Program Management, Risk Management, Process consulting and the current one being Organization Change Management. She is very passionate about continued learning and has been leading the efforts needed to adopt Agile and Product ways of working in teams. She is working on driving the cultural and mindset changes needed in the organization covering the 2Lac plus employees around the globe. Other topics at work that she has deep interest in and collaborates with cross functional teams include GreenIT, Risk Management and adoption of OKR’s to drive higher value generation. She is also the lead for CSR at Infosys Pune and has been working on several high impact social upliftment projects in the areas of Healthcare, Education, assisting grassroot NGOs and driving Livelihood via Learning, which they fondly call it as HEAL ,for 20+ years. She is a firm believer of the fact that “you have to dream before your dreams can come true.”
