Presently Ranjith is a Principal Agilist at Cognizant and has been associated with multiple transformation engagements at various geographies. Ranjith is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) v6, RTE, Certified Agile Leader (CAL -1), ICP-ACC. Being a passionate Agile trainer and evangelist, Ranjith has delivered over 1500 hours of SAFe training. Ranjith has a keen interest for people development and enablement through coaching and mentoring and is an active practicing Leadership and Productivity Coach. Ranjith is currently pursuing ICF's Professional Certified Coach credentials.
